壹、 MEPC第79次會議摘要
(一) IMO降低船舶溫室氣體排放戰略目標調整，後續將針對「提高船舶能效標準」、「更新溫室氣體減排具體目標」、「研議導入零排放船舶時程」、「其他措施」討論具體規劃，預計於2023年7月舉行之MEPC 80定案
(二) IMO降低船舶溫室氣體排放中期措施規劃：預計整併成一籃子措施，包含技術性及經濟性措施，預計於2023年舉行之MEPC 80初步定案
