prior to the verification.
(3) We take steps to avoid any potential conflicts of interest that could compromise
the objectivity of our verification activities. This includes conflicts arising from our
staff at all levels, or from any external organizations or individuals involved in the
verification process. Any identified conflicts of interest will be documented, analyzed,
and addressed as necessary to mitigate or eliminate the threat. A quality
management committee is in place to safeguard the impartiality of our verification
activities.
(4) CR monitors all activities and relationships to identify any threats to impartiality,
including those arising from interpersonal relationships.
