106)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6b21\u7684\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u5ef6\u7e8c\u524d\u6b21MSC 105\u6703\u8b70\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u6709\u6551\u751f\u8247\u901a\u98a8\u3001\u9328\u7e6b\u6cca\u8a2d\u5099\u3001\u6d77\u4e0a\u81ea\u4e3b\u8239\u8236\u3001\u8239\u8236\u9060\u7aef\u6aa2\u9a57\u3001\u76f8\u95dc\u516c\u7d04\u53ca\u7ae0\u7a0b\u7684\u4fee\u8a02\u7b49\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u88ab\u5404\u754c\u95dc\u5207\u7684\u662fSOLAS\u91dd\u5c0d\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u4eba\u54e1\u904b\u8f38\u8239\u8236\u589e\u52a0\u7b2cXV\u7ae0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9a57\u8239\u4e2d\u5fc3(CR)\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6d77\u4e0a\u4eba\u547d\u5b89\u5168\u570b\u969b\u516c\u7d04(SOLAS)\u662f\u8239\u8236\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5bf6\u5178\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u8239\u8236\u7a69\u5ea6\u3001\u6d88\u9632\u3001\u6551\u751f\u3001\u7121\u7dda\u96fb\u7b49\u898f\u5b9a\u3002\u73fe\u884c\u8239\u4e0a\u4eba\u54e1\u5206\u70ba\u8239\u54e1(crew)\u548c\u4e58\u5ba2(passenger)\u5169\u985e\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u96e2\u5cb8\u7522\u696d\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u5728\u6d77\u4e0a\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4eba\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u65e2\u975e\u8ca0\u8cac\u8239\u8236\u71df\u904b\u7684\u8239\u54e1\uff0c\u4e5f\u975e\u8239\u4e0a\u4e58\u5ba2\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u9019\u4e9b\u9577\u6642\u9593\u5728\u6d77\u4e0a\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\uff0cIMO\u4e5f\u8ce6\u4e88\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u5206\u985e\u540d\u7a31\uff1a\u5de5\u696d\u4eba\u54e1(Industrial personnel , IP)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5de5\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\u662f\u6307\u70ba\u9032\u884c\u6d77\u4e0a\u5de5\u696d\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u9808\u900f\u904e\u8239\u8236\u904b\u8f38\u6216\u4f4f\u5728\u8239\u4e0a\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u5176\u975e\u8239\u54e1\u4ea6\u975e\u4e58\u5ba2\u3002\u800c\u6d77\u4e0a\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d3b\u52d5\u662f\u6307\u5c0d\u52d8\u63a2\u3001\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6216\u985e\u4f3c\u6d3b\u52d5\u4e4b\u76f8\u95dc\u6d77\u4e0a\u8a2d\u65bd\u9032\u884c\u7684\u5efa\u9020\u3001\u7dad\u8b77\u3001\u64cd\u4f5c\u7b49\u7684\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u5982\u53f0\u7063\u897f\u90e8\u6d77\u57df\u98a8\u5834\uff0c\u642d\u4e58\u4ea4\u901a\u8239\u5230\u98a8\u5834\u5de5\u4f5c\u6216\u4f4f\u5728\u9644\u8fd1\u88dc\u7d66\u8239\u7684\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u7686\u8996\u70ba\u5de5\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CR\u8868\u793aSOLAS\u65b0\u589e\u7684\u7b2cXV\u7ae0\u70ba\u300c\u8f09\u904b\u5de5\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\u8239\u8236\u4e4b\u5b89\u5168\u63aa\u65bd\u300d\uff0c\u53e6\u4ea6\u642d\u914d\u65b0\u589e\u300c\u570b\u969b\u8f09\u904b\u5de5\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\u8239\u8236\u5b89\u5168\u7ae0\u7a0b(IP CODE)\u300d\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u4f5c\u70baSOLAS\u7b2cXV\u7ae0\u7684\u6280\u8853\u6307\u5c0e\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u5167\u5bb9\u56ca\u62ec\u8f09\u904b\u5de5\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\u8239\u8236\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6307\u6a19\uff0c\u8a08\u6709\u8259\u5340\u5283\u5206\u3001\u7a69\u5ea6\u3001\u6a5f\u96fb\u8a2d\u5099\u3001\u706b\u707d\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u6551\u751f\u8a2d\u5099\u3001\u53ca\u5de5\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u984d\u5916\u8981\u6c42\u53ca\u904b\u8f38\u7b49\u3002\u5c07\u63d0\u4f9b\u96e2\u5cb8\u4f5c\u696d\u8239\u8236\u66f4\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u6211\u570b\u4ea4\u901a\u90e8\u5df2\u63d0\u524d\u638c\u63e1\u76f8\u95dc\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u9080\u96c6CR\u7b49\u55ae\u4f4d\u7814\u8b70\u5de5\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ee5\u6700\u5feb\u901f\u5ea6\u8207\u570b\u969b\u63a5\u8ecc\u4e26\u7b26\u5408\u696d\u754c\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u52d5\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u53f0\u7063\u6210\u70ba\u4e9e\u6d32\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u6280\u8853\u7522\u696d\u805a\u843d\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5f80\u4f86\u9678\u5730\u8207\u98a8\u5834\u9593\u9032\u884c\u5efa\u7f6e\u53ca\u7dad\u8b77\u7684\u4eba\u529b\u6b63\u662f\u9700\u8981\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u5de5\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u8f09\u904bIP\u8239\u8236\u4e4b\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u5c24\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\uff0cCR\u7528\u5fc3\u628a\u95dc\uff0c\u4f7f\u8239\u8236\u53ca\u4eba\u54e1\u90fd\u5728\u9069\u822a\u7121\u865e\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b89\u5fc3\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div
