CR is an extraordinary Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) provider, together with international well-known organization – ABL Group to provide MWS services including project development, construction, commissioning, and decommissioning phases for offshore wind farm in Taiwan. CR had already provided MWS services including substructure, WTG, export and inter-array cable transportation and installation for over 5 offshore wind farms in Taiwan.
With the engineering verification capabilities of offshore wind and vessels, positive attitude, and well communication ability, CR carefully conduct review and inspection to improve the transportation and installation procedure; ensure the project is executed in accordance with the plans and procedures, while maintaining at acceptable risk level; and provide advice and Certificate of Approval (CoA) to developers, insurers, and construction contractors.
